Mylarmen is an end-to-end partner for custom packaging, branding and product development. Concept to production happens under one roof — bags, boxes, tubes, tins, labels, rigid packaging and fully custom builds — so there is no juggling of designers, manufacturers and vendors. Our designers, structural engineers and packaging specialists pair creative branding with real manufacturing expertise, and every detail is proven in 2D, photorealistic 3D, large-format prototype print and in-house 3D printing before a unit is produced. From a first product to a national portfolio, the result is packaging that stands out on the shelf and stays efficient to manufacture.

The founders

Two friends,
one vision.

Marco and Michael met at Verona High School. Marco went on to custom fabrication at Acme Made in America in Los Angeles and then to Packwoods, where he ran the creative team and packaging production; Michael served in the Army before working in media and packaging. In December 2021 they merged those two paths into Mylarmen — a branding and packaging studio built for the cannabis industry.

Marco started at Acme Made in America, a custom fabrication studio in Los Angeles, learning exhibit design and fabrication from the shop floor up. He then moved to Packwoods — one of the biggest cannabis brands in the United States — where he managed the creative design team and ran packaging production. That pairing of build knowledge and brand direction now drives Mylarmen’s structural packaging work, where a design has to hold up as well as it looks.

Michael spent six years in the Army infantry, then moved into media buying at Mindshare before spending years deep in packaging and design. The discipline he picked up in uniform — staying composed under pressure, adapting fast, thinking clearly when it counts — is the same discipline he runs Mylarmen with today.

One team.

Marco and Michael are the founders, but Mylarmen is a full team — a group of people who each bring their own eye to the work, which is what lets us build a plan tailored to every client rather than a template pulled off a shelf. We work with large MSOs across the U.S., Canada, and Europe, and just as closely with mid-size and small businesses that need a partner from concept through production — design, branding, and marketing, all the way through manufacturing packaging, animation, and advertising.
