Cannabis cocktail gummies built as a faceted emerald. One octagonal gem motif carried from a direct-print PET pop tube to a Health Canada extended-content-label tube to a California mylar bag — three rulebooks, one shelf presence.
Emerald Hour is a cocktail gummy, not a dispensary edible wearing a cocktail name. The mark is a rocks glass with a leaf where the garnish sits.
The pop tube answers it in three dimensions — a cut gemstone with eight vertical facets, a chamfered shoulder and an octagonal footprint, shot against brass, green marble and a martini stem.

The tagline is debossed into the lid and hit with spot gloss, so it reads only when the light moves. Everything else prints direct to the PET wall — no label, no wrap, no seam to register.

Canada wants a bilingual health warning and a full ingredient and nutrition panel on a 28 mm tube, so the label peels open and reseals. California takes the octagon flat — a diecut mylar bag cut to the shape of the gem.
